This website is run by RODA MARIONETTE SRL, based in Bucharest, Romania, which is the data controller for everything described here. Contact: [email protected].
The contact form
When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you add it), the topic and your message. We use them only to reply and, if we end up working together, to prepare that work. The form is delivered to our inbox by email through Resend, our email delivery provider; we don’t store submissions anywhere else. We keep the conversation as long as needed for that, and longer only where Romanian law requires it (for example, accounting records). Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Resend is based in the United States. Its Data Processing Addendum includes Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers, and Resend participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is disabled on this website. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies.
Separately, for every visitor, we count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, doesn’t track you across sites and doesn’t identify you, so it doesn’t need consent. It tells us totals such as visits, pages, referring sites and countries. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Stored in your browser
Two small entries in your browser’s local storage, never sent to us: rm-lang remembers the language you picked, rm-consent remembers your cookie choice. Clear them any time by clearing this site’s data.
Hosting
The site and the contact form run on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the service from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, and may keep it in short-lived logs. We don’t use this data to identify or profile visitors. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, and to correct, delete, restrict or port it, or object to its use. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.
Links to other sites
A few pages link to other websites, such as Apple. Nothing is loaded from them until you click, and once you do, their own privacy policies apply.
